Implementation FAQ

Answers to the most common questions our enterprise clients ask about data privacy, API architecture, employee adoption, and deployment logistics.

Data Privacy & Security

All data collected during our workflow audit is governed by a mutual NDA executed before the engagement begins. Our audit teams use encrypted, company-issued devices that are wiped at the conclusion of every engagement. We never transfer client data to external servers — all analysis is performed on-site or within your organization's approved cloud environment. Audit findings are stored in encrypted vaults accessible only to your designated stakeholders and our assigned team leads.
Yes. Our healthcare deployment architecture is designed from the ground up for HIPAA compliance. We deploy on-premises or within your organization's private cloud — protected health information (PHI) never passes through public cloud endpoints. We execute Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all healthcare clients, maintain SOC 2 Type II certification, and our deployment protocols undergo annual third-party HIPAA compliance audits. Every Open Claw instance processing clinical data is isolated with dedicated encryption keys managed by your IT security team.
Upon engagement termination, we execute a formal data disposition process within 14 business days. All client data, prompt libraries, and configuration files are either securely transferred to your designated team or permanently destroyed via NIST 800-88 compliant data sanitization. You receive a signed Certificate of Destruction documenting the process. Any custom prompt libraries or integration code developed during the engagement are your intellectual property and are transferred to you in full.
No. Our enterprise deployments are configured with zero data retention. Prompts and responses are processed in real-time and are not stored, logged, or used for model training. Your proprietary information never leaves your organization's security perimeter. We configure Open Claw instances with dedicated API keys that have data retention explicitly disabled at the infrastructure level. This is verified during our security onboarding process and can be independently audited by your cybersecurity team at any time.

API Architecture & Technical Limits

Enterprise deployments operate on dedicated API capacity — not shared public rate limits. Your specific allocation is determined during the architecture phase based on projected usage patterns, peak load requirements, and the number of concurrent users. Typical enterprise clients operate between 100,000 and 2 million API calls per month. We provision 40% headroom above projected peak to ensure zero-throttling performance. If your usage exceeds projections, we can scale capacity within 24 hours with no service interruption.
Open Claw has pre-built integration connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Confluence, iManage, NetDocuments, Epic, Cerner, Bloomberg Terminal, and over 40 additional enterprise platforms. For tools without pre-built connectors, our engineering team builds custom API integrations during the deployment phase. Most custom integrations require 3–5 business days to develop and test. All integrations support SSO through SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 for seamless authentication with your existing identity provider.
Yes. We offer fully air-gapped, on-premises deployments for organizations with the strictest data sovereignty requirements — including defense contractors, government agencies, and certain financial institutions. On-premises deployments require dedicated GPU infrastructure (we provide specifications during scoping) and typically add 2–3 weeks to the implementation timeline. Our engineers handle the full installation, configuration, and validation process on-site.
Our enterprise architecture includes automatic failover to secondary API endpoints with a target recovery time of under 30 seconds. For mission-critical deployments, we configure multi-region redundancy so that a regional outage does not impact your operations. All enterprise clients receive a 99.9% uptime SLA backed by service credits. We also deploy local caching for frequently used prompt templates, allowing core functionality to continue during brief connectivity interruptions.

Employee Onboarding & Adoption

Our standard training program runs 4–5 weeks and includes live instructor-led workshops, department-specific breakout sessions, and self-paced modules. Most employees achieve proficiency within the first two weeks and advanced fluency by week four. We structure training around actual workflows from your deployment — not generic examples. Employees practice with the exact prompt libraries and integrations they'll use daily, which dramatically accelerates adoption. Our post-training surveys consistently show 90%+ employees rating the training as "highly applicable to their daily work."
Change resistance is expected, and we plan for it. Our deployment methodology includes a dedicated change management workstream led by organizational psychologists on our team. We start by identifying and empowering "AI champions" within each department — respected team members who pilot Open Claw first and become peer advocates. We frame AI adoption as augmentation, not replacement, and we demonstrate value through quick-win use cases that save employees time in their first week. Across our client base, we achieve an average 89% voluntary adoption rate within 60 days of deployment.
Every engagement includes a post-deployment support period (30–90 days depending on your tier). During this period, your dedicated engineering team remains available via a private Slack channel for prompt optimization, troubleshooting, and usage analytics review. After the support period, clients can transition to a monthly retainer for ongoing optimization, new department rollouts, and prompt library expansion. Retainer clients also receive priority access to new Open Claw capabilities and features as they become available.
We establish baseline metrics during the audit phase — hours spent on specific tasks, error rates, throughput volumes, and employee satisfaction scores. Post-deployment, we track the same metrics through our analytics dashboard and deliver monthly reports comparing pre- and post-deployment performance. Key metrics we track include: time saved per employee per day, task completion rate improvements, error reduction percentages, employee adoption and satisfaction scores, and overall ROI relative to engagement investment. These reports are designed for executive stakeholders and include actionable optimization recommendations.
